The only pro is you get a pay check (not good pay)

Management and supervisors are not professional at all. Family members of certain employees are favoured. No one gets paid enough to deal with what gets thrown at them. Employees get yelled at by management and especially a supervisor. Some employees are so rude to customers. You are not appreciated at NTA, its very very toxic. You are barely trained, you will be thrown into it and expected to know it all. There is a serious lack of communication. There is no oppurtunity to move up. Your sanity will suffer!

Fast Pace - days go quickly Quickly build customer service skills

Managers yelling, swearing, bullying Very long hours, often too busy to even think about taking a break No over time paid, often have to arrive early and stay late During Auction days you aren't allowed to take breaks/lunch until after the sale - and good luck if you try to point out that this is illegal!
