Pros
All I can say positively about NS is that they know how to hire incredible, kind people. My former coworkers are all some of the most wonderful people I've had the pleasure to work with and whether you left before me or continue to hunker down, I only wish you the best in life.
Also, I'm sure if you somehow got a job in the research end it'd be interesting! But I don't know, to be honest.
Cons
There is honestly too much to type. High level management harassing workers over my previous Glassdoor review. Poor pay and extremely little hands on assistance from your manager. Management almost entirely made up of friends of the owners, leading to pure incomptenance. Zero communication from the top down. Overpromising their clients and delivering subpar product. Throwing their money around like they're still a small buisiness of five people. The only time change happens is when you embarass them, and even then you have to be careful. One manager was promoted because they union busted. I told the CEO to his face that employees were unsatisfied and underpaid and they implimented the most pitiful raise structure so they could say they did something about it.
Working at NS is monotanous, back-breaking work where you're rewarded with managers patting themselves on the back, giving you a few slices of pizza, and then carrying on. Even if you're into warehouse jobs, please search elsewhere.
