Pros
Great place for advancement if you are a male. They have holiday meals (only if you participate in their program) but it is fun.
Cons
This place is great if you are of the male species. If you are a female be prepared to work 10 times harder then your counterpart for any advancement. If you do want to move up you have to at least know someone and have worked there for over 15 years to move up. Also as a female, you will get reprimanded more often and will get written up more because the males in this company get looked over because "they are just guys". The male workers in my department get more leeway. On top of the unequal treatment of employees, you are expected to work 2-4 other job titles on top of your daily job. They would rather fire you than work with you.
