Management is pretty transparent with staff. A lot of open communication between staff. The place can be fun inspire of stress due to deadlines requirements.

Constant change not sure who to blame. It could be poor management or different funders:but at least every other month there is a change. High pressure to be flexible and understanding of constant change, A lot of paperwork. I do mean a lot. At times management demands on meeting all the changes and deadline can be a bit much
