Pros

Working for NACC has been great. The Management and co-workers are great to be around and work for. There is a feeling of family and friendliness when starting and others more than willing to help explain how to do the job you are placed in while also showing you how to perform the job better and more efficiently as time goes by. In my opinion the work is easy to understand and takes time to learn all the things to look for to develop a good product, but a good eye for detail and a willingness to work and learn are a must. Every co-worker and management is more than willing to help and answer any questions or problems that may arise.

Cons

Some say the pay rate is a Con but which is better, sitting at home making nothing or making a paycheck no matter the pay. I myself would rather work within a great company with friends with less pay then a big company with over competive employees that care nothing about you and yours.

Pros

NACC is a place for learning and growth. The culture is somewhat of an incubator. That is, it's not as competitive among co-workers, management and executive work together to build individuals. In turn, the company grows with it's people. This is a company you turn to when either young and just starting out on your own. Or, you are starting over. We have a place for everyone who is willing to come in and work hard. We focus on the development of job skills and leadership.

Cons

Wages and benefits are not competitive. Even at the local scale hourly employees are paid well below average. Because of that, it can be stressful raising a family just off the wages paid by the company.
