Pros

Friendly and pleasant environment.

Cons

they paid me for 9 months but did not follow up and register clients for Demand Response contracts. They did not have the mechanism to register clients in NY state. Can not figure it out. They eventually let the NY Sales Manager and team go.

Pros

Great first job with a small company. I enjoyed the knowledge I received for my coworkers and had many opportunities to lead on assignments.

Cons

Company filed for bankruptcy during employment. Coworkers became worried about job security. Company was sold in 2014

Pros

Was learning a new field, and helping the company grow their market share

Cons

They had no support, operation's worked against you not for you. They never helped you grow and learn more in the professional field. The General managers that they went through where not supportive, except the Direct of Business Development of Sales was the greatest support of all, while they where in business, they went Bankrupt, and closed their doors in December 2013 in Southern California.
