Lack of communication - Anonymous employee Nortek Employee Review

Almost no communication from the top down. Benefits getting smaller and smaller every year. Very profit hungry approach to work culture. Low morale and very very unmotivated workers whom, as a result, produces a negative working environment. Barely any support from the management in terms of personal development & idea sharing. Lots of off politics involved, extremely clique groups of employees.
