      Good pay to start with, pto time and insurance

      Cons

      You are treated as a regular line employee with no respect for your trade or skills. With the supervisors or line leads having no previous experience with welding at all you are treated unfairly. You are expected to help also and even fill in for non welding jobs. Alot of hours and alittle respect.
