      Pros

      Night shift Production Manager is good to work with. When there is production jobs, things run good. When there isn't jobs, things get lousy.

      Cons

      When there is no production work, they get rid of employees any way possible except laying them off, they don't want to pay unemployment. But that is just my opinion.
