      Most of the employees are absolutely wonderful-just watch out for the cliques; if they don't like you they will go after you

      Cons

      There is no management; it is a glorified high school; they keep the people they like and people that don't join their clique are out.

      I've been here over 3 years and am gracious for my team. There's no turnover for our department which has made it a great place to evolve, collaborate, and be creative.

      Cons

      Office can seem empty on some days, and it's easier to get projects done by face-to-face interactions.
