Pros
Some extremely smart and driven people especially in sustainability. A good environmental mission (though there is less focus on that now).
Cons
Don't pay attention to any Glassdoor review from more than 1 year ago. Because Normative has become a totally different company since after then. Every single C level executive is different now than it was one year ago. There have been two rounds of layoffs and everyone is afraid of a third. I have seen really competent people on other teams get laid off because their manager was feeling threatened. (Luckily I have a good manager but it still makes you think) Like many companies Normative has the One Team motto but it is only used to make you do things outside of your job description and to work overtime. Basically you are asked to sacrifice for Normative but Normative does not support you in return. Most people are looking to get out. Normative is not a place to be for the long term.
