Cool company mission, decent perks.
Cons
The CEO is nuts, thinking you can do more of and better everything, with less budget, less manpower, less tools - then blames everything else when his masterplan doesnt pan out like his dreams or the his CEO 101 books. He even managed to get himself fired from an amazing agency, who even waived their fee to protect their employees from his narcissisic abuse. The few in this company who didnt get fired to save a penny, are probably still on stress leave.
This place was awesome, now it's a sinking ship with everyone walking on egg shells wondering when it's their time to be fired and/or dragged in a public meeting.
