I have loved my time at Norm so far - the people and culture are positive & refreshing which makes it a comfortable environment to work. Senior leadership are very present and always open to ideas. There can be some lack of communication reaching all levels of staff. Also we have seen a lot of internal changes within a short space of time (although all have been positive)
