      Pros

      None to be honest. The car market especially in VW is super challenging and you have to clear a lot of units to see good money. The tarrif looking made it more difficult.

      Cons

      You'll spend all of your time climbing a ladder and reaching for a moving goal post. And you probably can make more money with your time. If your gonna try working there go to Honda.

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
