      Stress free environment and all the managers are great

      Cons

      The pay is not good, you’ll be lucky to make 100 for the day you’re at work that includes a 12 hour shift for that , they don’t pay hour or commission , and the opportunity to grow is only available after spending 10 years in this company

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
