      Pros

      This company used to stand for things and was a good place to work.

      Cons

      Things have changed dramatically and upper management have no idea what they are doing. The managers are in turn blaming corporate. I’m not sure but what I do know is that they no longer care about the employees.

      Pros

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      Cons

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
