Cons
Let me start out by saying I was a window tinter for the Norm Reeves Honda dealer in Florida. The past 3 months my checks were missing hours. The first time I noticed it I brought it to my manager’s attention and was told he’d found the problem and would pay it out on my next check. 3 months later and still nothing. Their way scheduling is completely unorganized. I’m the only window tinter and randomly get appointments dropped off without prior warning. Which causes me to stop working on the vehicle I’m currently working on and slowing down my efficiency. I’ve suggested a solution many times of scheduling appointments as all day drop offs as many custom shops do and my manager agreed it made sense but yet continue to get random drop offs. I’ve worked for the company for 2.5 years off and on due to the pandemic, and never got a raise. Even after they found out I could do more than just tint windows and started scheduling me accessories.
