      GM and GSM are good managers that care about customer service and actually care about concerns you bring to them which is great.

      Cons

      starting pay for some entry level and you have your managers that are the greatest like any company but at least the higher ups care.

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
