      -Dynamic workplace.. lots of different things to do each day. -Most coworkers are great, made some good friends here. -Management seems engaged -Stick to their core values

      -They always talk about promoting from within but have yet to experience it. -Pay could be better -Sometimes things are unorganized -Miscommunications for certain tasks/expectations -No real promotion after extended period of time working here

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
