Great people at all levels. Organization has solid financial stability and growth outlook is better than most. Great benefits and strong values system. Many opportunities for upwardly mobile employees looking to grow their career.
Cons
Work/life balance is poor. Investments in existing resource and technology infrastructure not on par with investments in acquisitive growth, resulting in bigger workloads and inefficient work processes.
