Pros
The company will let you work as long as you are younger than 60. Then all your hard work turns into fake bad reviews to push you out.
Cons
after years of loyal service they will make up bad reviews and get rid of you once you get close to 60 years old. Has happened to 4 people I know at Nordson this year. These are people who have worked there many years. Nordson seems to practice ageism. NOT NICE for all the loyal years these people gave them. Shame on them. The Nordson brothers are angry in their graves
