Pros
• consistent scheduling
•was out the door by 2:00
•if you’re not the talking type, this is a good place for you. I hardly had to engage with people outside of training.
Cons
•dumb polices such as: you can’t go to your car on your break, you’re not allowed to use earbuds on the job. (which when you’re standing in the same spot for 8 hours doing the same repetitive actions, it can start digging into your mental health without having something to break up the monotony.)
•a lot of the management and coworkers felt cold and distanced.
•very short patience with employees that don’t pick up on the job functions right away.
•by the time you’re back home, you’re too exhausted to do anything else.
