Thank you for your review. I was sorry to see that you would not recommend us as an employer and that you feel our management and policies need improvement.
I see that you are a current employee so it would be really helpful to get some more details from you so we can investigate your claims further. We are grateful for all feedback we receive, good and bad as this helps us to continue to make Norbar a great place to work.
Thank you again for your review.
Comfortable working conditions, Good work force! Men and Women on the shop floor are very friendly and welcoming. Great shift patterns!
Cons
Norbar got brought by Snap-on Tools a number of years ago, since the buy out there has been a constant cut to terms and conditions and benefits! Bonus scheme has been drastically cut and thresholds to achieve a bonus have been made almost impossible to achieve. The annual Christmas shutdown has been abolished from 2025 showing family balance isn’t a priority the company! No longer a company Christmas party!
There is a bullying culture within the company from senior and middle management towards shop floor employees which has been allowed to continue to this day without any consequences!
