Senior management not good at listening to feedback. Too ready to pat themselves on the back for a job not done. Everything is sales focused with little recognition given to technical or admin efforts. HR is a mess, with home working frowned upon despite senior HR staff working from home 50% of the time. Flexible working is not possible.
