Norcal Acquisitions has a fun and welcoming energy from the moment you walk in the door. The team here is young, motivated, and hard working, for the interest of both themselves and the team as a whole. The values of this company are to help the employees grow and to earn as they grow, in order to become leaders themselves one day.

The only downside is that I wish I had found this company sooner. I can see myself learning and lasting in this type of environment for a long while.

Coworkers seem cool and really into it. Theyll suck you in to the company and make you feel like you're an important part of it.

YOU MAKE NO MONEY!!!! You work 70+ hours a WEEK (any less is seriously frowned upon and guilt tripped) and you make less money than you would working at a mcdonalds. The entire job is a coldknocking on businesses. You have to drive yourself hundreds of miles every week and they provide no compensation at all. There were weeks I made 20$ OR EVEN LESS after 70 HOURS OF WORK. I told management I would become homeless if I stayed at this job and they were OK WITH THAT. ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY THEIR RECRUITERS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOB.
