Pros

An ever increasing number of opportunities for employees that are willing to work for them. A product you can take some pride in and regular employee appreciation events. Recent mgmt initiatives from corporate have started to rapidly implement common sense improvements. General benefits package (401k w/matching, insurance, hsa, stock purchase, etc). For the most part, they seem to be willing to give a person to prove themselves (or not prove themselves, judging by some of the reviews). Oh, and production most certainly does not "run design", but any design worth its salt has to take production into account. That's just common sense. We build the systems other companies simply can't touch, and at the end of the day I take pride in that.

Cons

The department / position review process can take more time than one may like, but that's part of what comes of working through a parent company (Norlake is owned by Standex). The coffee is free but kinda sucks. All these employee appreciation treats are going to make me fat.
