Pros
Everyone at Noonday works hard, and there are high standards for performance, which means you can really rely on your teammates. In my experience, Noonday has been generous with pay, benefits, time off, and flexible work-life balance. I have also been impressed with the leadership's above and beyond commitment to our artisan business partners. Additionally, as a growing, young company, I've had a lot of opportunity to think creatively and strategically, have input, and make recommendations, which has been valuable experience.
Cons
From a career perspective, it's a small home office (about 50 people), so many people are generalists in their functional areas, rather than being very specialized. This is not necessarily a con, but if you're looking for a certain career path, Noonday may not be the best fit.
