Let me start by saying Noom has been the best job I ever had.
That being said, the culture has been slowly changing. A few years ago we got a new CEO and he's been bringing in all his people from his previous company. At this point half of the company is from the CEO's previous company. Not necessarily a bad thing on its own, except that the people that come from his previous company are receiving preferential treatment when it comes to promotions, salary, opportunities. At the same time, people who have been at Noom for a long time are bieng put on the back seat, and a lot of people even being pushed out
