I genuinely wake up most days feeling excited to start my work, and I couldn't say that for any jobs I've had in the past.
Cons
Remote work can be a little isolating, but the company works hard to make us all feel connected Pay is a little low, especially for the expertise a lot of coaches are bringing to the table. Coaches with lots of certifications and specialized experience don't really get to "use" this expertise while coaching
