If you do not have one of the large established accounts you don’t make enough. They hand out less than 1% raises and the only way to make more money is to go to commission, but there isn’t enough business coming in for retail to survive on commission.
Have to work late nights and weekends so it does cut into personal time a lot.
Not a strong management, no real leader who takes charge and makes decisions as they are more focused on having everyone be friends and being liked than solving issues.
