      Good and enjoying coworkers, about that.

      Cons

      Low payment (way below average, same or lower than positions with way lower complexity). Structural failures, training problems (almost no training whatsoever)

      Pros

      Good office, nice ambient, and tecmaia facilities. Very good company to start (1 or 2 years)

      Cons

      - No remote work - micromanaging! CEO is also the HR Director! LOL - low salary avarage
