      Quick career growth due to constant turnaround of employees

      Cons

      Constant redundancies Long hours No work life balance Management doesn’t care about you, set up meetings in the diary after working hours Expected you will live at work No stationary or basics Office looks messy and dusty Very stressful environment Management always change their mind which lead you to redo a lot of work

      Not any coming to mind at this point

      Cons

      Out of touch with the customers. Unreasonable staffing expectations, over priced poor quality and repetitve designs with no originality and very little use of natural fibres, constant misleading deals sent via text messages and emails, little respect and understanding of the difference between city and regional stores

      Staff discount was the only good thing at 60%

      Cons

      They didn't care about staff They only cared about profits of sales Cheap crappy clothing when noni b took over Loaded to much of the same stock in all their stores (different brands) Didn't listen to feed back about the stock
