All round Disappointing Lack of direction. Immature Management. Good people are leaving. Questionable vendors. Do not treat customers fairly.

The same applies for any outsourced solutions where we have a governance framework in place to ensure we have the right services in place. We’re also saddened to read your comments around Nomo’s culture. Bullying has no place here, and we have corporate values which guide and encourage a culture of collaboration, openness, and respect as we continue to grow and deliver on business results. Management work hard to make this a successful and great place to work and strive to be open and transparent with colleagues – this includes sharing feedback with colleagues when things need to improve. We also seek feedback too, and this is done quarterly via the engagement surveys, so we can promptly address any concerns raised. Our recent survey showed good levels of satisfaction with our culture, and a strong understanding of where we are at in our strategic growth pathway. We would really value the opportunity to chat with you about your feedback as there is a lot to unpack in what you have said and there are elements that are disconnected with what we know (such as the employee turn-over rate). Pros

Developers are good, skilled and intelligent

Cons

There is a huge cons in this team if you are working especially in front end team. 1. The team expects you to give output from day 1 without giving any KT. 2. The team will treat you as if you are their puppets and you have to work and complete the task anyhow. 3. If you ask any query with your manager or senior, they will think you don't know anything. 4. Huge communication gaps 5. The company always puts pressure on the employee of firing immediately 6. In case of blocker, they simply fire that employee and ask for their replacements Its really very weird. I am currently working in this system, but the company has fired many people. So be aware before joining this team. especially font end team. I dont want to name the persons but be cautious with Team lead people.

Thank you for your comments, we value all feedback. Our Frontend Team have put together a thorough 30 day onboarding plan for all new team members and are a supportive team. The recent transition period in India has required a review of our processes and support systems. If you feel the environment is too pressurised, please reach out to your line manager or HR for support and we will work together to find a solution. If tasks are too much the team are there to support you and we encourage the transparency
