Pros
*I really enjoyed most of my colleagues, hard working reliable people who give a 100%. * Work with very nice and big companies and nice projects. *If you want to learn a lot in a short time this is possible here.
Cons
*Very poor management, only focused on margin, people are replacable. *They say they care about the people as they are their most important assets but they do nothing that supports that. They even try to squeeze more out the people to save costs while they make huge margins. * Many people leave already after a few months / up to 2 years because this is a difficult company to work for. *People keep getting temporary contracts, up to the legal maximum. *Clearly a sales driven organisation. First sell and then see how to deliver (often without consulting the operations department).
