They are truly the best in the market when it comes to people-tracking technology. Truly innovative stuff! Their people are all very intelligent and dedicated, but lack direction and company vision.

The overall leadership of the company is lacking. Their business intelligence solutions (which is not their core of there sales) lacks innovation and is very behind the times in design. And they suffer a big disconnect in inter-departmental functions and communications (lack defined/documented processes and procedures and standards of ANY kind). Also, they also have yet to adopt a true SDLC methodology of ANY kind for their software products.
