Low wages, most departments are micromanaged to the nth degree, managers are not really interested in working politely with employees, overworked and under paid staff, inordinate amount of work expected to be completed daily with impossible dead lines to meet, Managers are dishonest and will throw an employee under the bus in a heartbeat to cover up their mistakes.
