Competitive salary for senior engineers (not as much as Google or Meta but still), very flexible wrt remote work, very competent coworkers (a lot of Ph.Ds and top-tier programmers - often both).

Lacks a bit of structure management-wise: no clear career advancement tracks. Essentially, this company acts as a (luxury) software consulting company for the Tezos project. Unless you're a cryptographer, do not expect to do research there (at least, that was my experience).
