Pay and benefits were great

Even though we were owned by CHK, they would let us use the gym, restaurants, or other activities on the main campus

The experience is unparalleled. Great pay and bonuses. Great Benefits. Always working outside but have plenty of downtime. Get one full week off. Nice progression through various industry rolls.

Work 2 weeks in the field living on rig site in a furnished skid. Management is very top down and not much gets done properly. Training and management lack communication along with both being out of touch with field operations. Training development program took much much longer that it should have. Not much that could be done about that though. Very likely that Nomac Services is not going to be around once that transition to Seventy Seven Energy is completed.
