      - Incredible team of smart, hardworking, passionate employees - Managers that really care about you as an employee and person - Excellent balance of autonomy and collaboration - Opportunity to grow and learn new things everyday - Encouraged to think critically and creatively to solve problems

      Not really a con, but we are growing quickly so things are a bit fast-paced for some folks

      The pay isn’t bad depending on your location

      Cons

      If you want to move up in management, start plotting like I did to steal their job or you’ll forever be stuck at the bottom. It’s a failing business with a turnover rate so high Snoop Dogg would be jealous, three more years tops
