Great experience if seeking ideas on sharp, aggressive, bullying tactics. And old style 'shut up and do what your told' motivation, with a liberal dose of Nolan paranoia and a mortal fear of spending an extra euro beyond the bare minimum, for anything. A wonderful atmosphere.
Cons
See pros. Staff are treated like disposable commodities to be coerced and squeezed until their shelf life expires or they find a cheaper alternative. Perhaps a similar approach to how most companies buy diesel and tyres?
