Pros

I did not find any notable advantages during my time at the company.

Cons

Lack of Professionalism: The company operates without a standard level of professionalism, leading to a disorganized and unstructured work environment. Incompetent Management: The project manager lacks the necessary background and basic knowledge required for the role, impacting project effectiveness and team morale. Unacceptable Behavior from Leadership: The Managing Director (MD) displays highly inappropriate behavior, including a troubling focus on office women, creating a hostile and unsafe work environment. Unsafe Work Environment: There are significant concerns about the safety and well-being of female employees due to the MD's behavior and company culture. Limited Professional Growth: Employees have little opportunity for learning or skill development, hindering career growth. Unreliable Salary Payments: Salaries are often paid in the middle or late part of the month

Pros

Pros: The company is able to successfully secure government contracts. Some opportunities for interns or new hires to get experience. Initial promises of growth or advancement are made (though not always kept).

Cons

Cons: Core developers are often fired right after contracts are won. Job security and promotion promises are usually broken. Fake employees are sometimes used just to showcase capabilities. Long-term employees are treated unfairly and let go without notice. The work environment is unstable and feels exploitative.
