This workplace is full of shallow souls who only look out for themselves. Management swing between absent and outright abusive, with bullying brushed off like it's normal office behavior. Hours are insane with zero appreciation, pay barely keeps up with basic needs and no real direction, just pressure from the top down. Support is almost nonexistent, and any talk of growth or promotion feels like empty promises. Benefits got stripped away while expectations kept rising, which says a lot about priorities.
