The company is very unstable, and it looks like they are still figuring out what they are doing. They hired a lot of content writers at the same time, and I was made redundant after two months, which happens, that's ok. But being fired via Slack was the hard part. Their HR team needs training asap.

After former management left there is none unfortunately

Management is trying to show how stable company is under their wings promising stability of employment - then regularly firing people with same attitude - blocking everything before decision to not allow you to „shake the boat”.
