Lot of learnings everyday. good for freshers to start their career and then switch to other company.

The office space is very raw. not professional set up at all. Not a professional manajment and managers. Stupid founders who are freshers and not experts. Very raw tender people who have not seen outside professional world and best companies. worst experience of working there and staff is treated very badly. No respect for employees. Horrible hiring and interview exp. They will ask any stupid questions. Very rude arrogant behaviour of the two owners. Absolutely no ethics no belief and trust in their staff. Do not join this company.

I have been working here for two and half years and i am proud being part of Nocca family. Company environment is Eco-friendly , employees are friendly to each others. I really appreciate and thanks for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. Being part of company i also got opportunity to expand my self , develop skill by learning new things , accept challenges and mould my personality as an engineer. i never forget the support and kindness of management with employees,both the founders are loyal to employee every time and encourage them in every situation. if you want to elaborate yourself then you must have to choose this type o company which gives you boost to decide your carrier.
