Low pay, they cut hours without letting you know, they treat you like a human being, but as just another body to squeeze as much labor out of you for the least amount of pay. There are no Black folks in leadership positions or anyone without a culinary degree. You will not get promoted even if you have more skills and experience than someone with a degree. There is no transparency, leadership, teamwork, or creativity.
