Pros
Many perks and benefits for employees, especially the amount of training opportunities. Leadership at Cap Gallery works hard to take care of managers and staff alike, despite downtown location. CEO is approachable and communicates often. A great place to work! There are many pros at Noblis including: Corporate Incentive Plan Committed Leadership Training Opportunities Centers of Excellence Parking and Metro Reimbursement
Cons
The only major con is that offsite employees can't readily take advantage of all FVP-based benefits and it is difficult to have IT needs addressed in a timely manner. Helpdesk rotates to Cap Gallery once a week which can be inconvenient depending on when issues occur.
