      Pros

      - the people, all the way up to leadership - ‘highly ethical workplace’ - this may not appear important to a job hunter, but when a company operates with ethics first, you rarely question the decision making. And it creates an environment of trust.

      Cons

      - I struggled with balancing a fed supporting job with clocking in and being present on the corporate side, there were times I felt I had two jobs, but this is very common for A&AS / SETA positions.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
