Pros
-Managers care what you do, and you actually do work for the company -Get to present findings to the executives of Noblis for good presentation experience -If you are lucky, you may get a Security Clearance or be able to present your work to the actual client -Weekly intern lunches to discuss cool technology Noblis uses/produces
Cons
-Sometimes managers leave you to be quite independent and figure things out on your own with no clear direction. This can be detrimental if you are not sure what to do -Being offsite can make it tough to participate in weekly lunches -Salary isn't the best
