Pros
strong opportunities to work on internal research projects. smart people. Tuition reimbursement.
Cons
The benefits and pay are sub-par compared to other companies in federal government contracting world and HR/management is resistant to add or change. Expensive & limited health insurance, no tech/fitness reimbursements. The retirement contribution used to be decent but they cut that if you joined after 2020. No holiday parties. Many people in the organization have been at the company for a long time so there's a culture of you need to put in your time (5+ years) to really be able to be given any opportunities or trust from management or colleagues. Extremely toxic workplace politics.
