Pros
- Most employees are eligible for annual bonuses based on company and personal performance; - Noblis offsets half of the Healthcare deductible for high-deductible plans via a contribution to an HSA - Flexible work environment with lots of opportunities for hybrid or wholly remote work, especially for administrative personnel (ie. finance, pricing, contracts, security, etc) - PTO is bankable up to 320 hours
Cons
- Workloads can be heavy, particularly for administrative personnel with clearances, who can end up the sole cleared POC for their area - Proposal support is spotty at times, with a general lack of experience resulting in needless fire drills and rework
